How your data is collected, used and protected.
The La Vox Fidei service is published on a non-professional basis; in accordance with Article 6, III, 2° of the French LCEN (Law for Confidence in the Digital Economy), the publisher's identity is not made public. For any question regarding your data or to exercise your rights, please contact us through the contact form. The controller's identity has been provided to the hosting provider and may be obtained by the competent authority.
As the service is free of charge, no banking data is collected or processed.
Your data is used solely to manage your account and your access to the content, to send you the emails related to the service (registration confirmation, password reset), to display your comments and, where applicable, to measure audience on an anonymised basis.
The processing is based on the performance of the service you request (creation and management of your account) and, for audience measurement, on your consent.
Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active and is deleted when you delete your account.
The website and the associated data are hosted by Infomaniak Network SA — Rue Eugène-Marziano 25, 1227 Genève, Suisse (infomaniak.com).
Only cookies strictly necessary for operation (session, preferences) are placed without consent. Audience measurement is activated only after your agreement, obtained through the consent banner.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to and port your data. You may exercise these rights through the contact form. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
